Ashley Gudis is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in healthcare settings, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for Rusk County since January 2024. Prior to this role, Ashley held several positions at Dove Healthcare, including Human Resource Systems Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing various HR systems and providing training. Additionally, Ashley served as Director for both Rutledge Home and Orchard Hills Assisted Living, managing operations, employee experience, and financial oversight. Earlier experience includes roles as Quality Coordinator at Ecumen Parmly LifePointes, Human Resource Assistant at LaGrander's Hillside Dairy, and Resident Care Assistant at Milestone Senior Living. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and completed a Data Analytics Boot Camp Certificate through the University of Wisconsin Extended Campus.
