Prior roles in quality assurance at Mobisoft Ltd. and as a QA Test Engineer and QA Engineer provided foundational expertise in testing, documentation, and team coordination. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Estonian Business School and two master's degrees in Computer Software Engineering and Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute', alongside a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Science.
