Aditi Kumar is a seasoned professional in value-based care and payer contracting, currently serving as the Director of Value-Based Payer Contracting at Rush Health since March 2020. Responsibilities include contract negotiation, development of incentive measures, and compliance in the context of a clinically integrated network. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Analytics Consulting at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, where Aditi focused on creating value-based care strategies and designing payment models. Aditi also held various roles at UChicago Medicine, contributing to the launch of value-based care programs and managing analytics to improve care delivery. Earlier career highlights include positions at the American Medical Association, the Center for Human Potential and Public Policy, The World Bank, and the U.S. Department of Labor. Aditi holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Loyola University Chicago.
