Rhett Roberson, MAOP, currently serves as General Manager at Rush Enterprises, Inc., beginning in September 2024. Since June 2021, Rhett has also been the Lead Consultant at Paramita Consulting, where responsibilities include being a Culture Guru and Job Title Inventor. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Recruiting and Employee Engagement at Christenson Transportation Inc. from August 2022 to September 2024, and as Organizational Assessments and Consulting Manager at Mindful Life, Mindful Work, Inc. from January 2021 to July 2022. Earlier positions include Account Manager and Logistics Consultant at Mihlfeld & Associates and Sales Coordinator at Prime Inc., where work was conducted from July 2009 to August 2020. Rhett holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from William James College and Bachelor's degrees in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, as well as Marketing from Missouri State University.
