Eric Cramer is a Board Member at Rural Wireless Association and was previously with Wilkes Communications (Wilkes Telephone Membership Corp.). Eric has held the position of Staff Consultant at John Staurulakis, Inc. (JSI) from November 1996 to December 2004. Eric's experience as a Telecommunications Consultant for small independent rural telephone companies (ILECs) across the country has given him expertise in State and Federal Regulatory Filings and Compliance, Revenue Assurance, Revenue Requirement Development, Forecasting, Financial Analysis and Modeling, Training, Strategic Planning and Management Consulting.

Eric Cramer attended Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania for their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, focusing on finance and business. Afterward, they went to the University of Maryland Global Campus for their Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Technology and Telecom Management.
