Nkulu Kabange Rolly (Ph.D.) is a Research Professor at Kyungpook National University since January 2024 and serves as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Rural Development Administration from March 2020. Nkulu has held the position of Seed Quality Manager at the Ministry of Agriculture of Congo DR since October 2007 and worked as a COMESA National Consultant for the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (ACTESA/COMESA) from October 2015 to October 2019, focusing on the alignment of the COMESA Seed Harmonisation Regulation (COMSHIP). Additionally, Nkulu was a National Seed Expert for the Belgian Technical Cooperation (BTC/CTB) in mid-2014, where the DRC National Seed Plan was elaborated. Educational background includes a Ph.D. in Plant Molecular Biology, Plant Biosciences, and Plant Functional Genomics from Kyungpook National University (2017-2020) and a Master's Degree in Food Security and Agricultural Development from the same institution (2015-2017).
