Hannah Stillions is a seasoned professional in rural and community development, currently serving as a Senior Rural Development Specialist at the Rural Community Assistance Partnership Incorporated since September 2023. Previously, Hannah held the position of EDA Program Manager/Development Specialist at the Ohio Mid-Eastern Governments Association from October 2019 to October 2023, where responsibilities included developing the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy, preparing grant applications, and managing multiple projects. Hannah's experience also encompasses roles as a Community Development Specialist, Performance Intern at the Auditor of State - Ohio, Multicultural Leadership Ambassador at Ohio University, and various internships focused on engineering and sustainable practices. Hannah holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics from Ohio University and completed Adult Education at Mid-East Career and Technology Centers.
