David Fredenburgh is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Finance Director at the Rural Community Assistance Partnership Incorporated (RCAP) since April 2023, focusing on support for rural communities and tribal nations in the U.S. Previously, Fredenburgh held the position of Director of Finance and Administration at the Piedmont Environmental Council from May 2019 to April 2023. In addition, Fredenburgh has provided consulting services through David Fredenburgh Consulting, worked as Director of Conferences and Grant Services at the National District Attorneys Association, and served as Director of Program Services at the National Criminal Justice Association.
