Jasmine Diaz, P.E., MSEM, MBA, Grade V WWTPO, currently serves as a Small Utility Consultant at the Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC) since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jasmine worked as a Senior Civil Engineer for the City of Petaluma from January to June 2023 and was a Senior Wastewater Engineer at Water Systems Consulting, Inc. from November 2013 to January 2023. Jasmine holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, a Master’s degree in Engineering/Industrial Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering, all from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, with education completed between 2009 and 2020.
