Mamta Naagar is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Rupeezy since November 2023, Mamta previously held various managerial roles at INDmoney from October 2019 to November 2022, including Manager, Deputy Manager Human Resources, and Human Resources Team Lead. Prior to this, Mamta worked as a Senior Associate at Paytm and contributed to the growth of BuzzHire as a Talent Acquisition Specialist & Client Engagement from January 2016 to April 2018, being a core member of the startup since its inception. Earlier experience includes a role as a Technical Recruiter at Instahyre, focusing on connecting talent with tech companies. Mamta holds a Master's degree from IP University.
