Jesse Stockley has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently holding the position of Director of Development and Vice President of Construction at Rupe Helmer Group since July 2018. Prior to this role, Jesse Stockley contributed to Brewer Construction of Eastern Oklahoma Inc. from October 2008 to July 2018, serving as Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Project Superintendent. Jesse Stockley's career in construction began at Archstone Construction (Pty) Ltd from May 2006 to October 2008 as a Project Manager. Jesse Stockley holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Oklahoma State University, earned between 2002 and 2007, alongside a degree in Construction Management Technology from the same institution.
