Karlee Novacek is a Technology Support Specialist at Runza Restaurants since December 2021, with a strong background in technical services. Prior experience includes positions at Bryan Health from May 2015 to December 2021 as a Technical Services Analyst and Computer Support Specialist, where responsibilities included tier 2 customer service, device implementation, and support for IT systems.
