Alban O. has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Alban founded RunwayExtenders in 2020 and currently holds the position of Founder. From 2021 to 2022, Alban served as the Head of CX Operations at Gopuff. Prior to that, they worked at Slice as the Director of Operations and Sales from 2015 to 2020. Before joining Slice, Alban held the position of Manager, CX and Marketing Programs at GreenPie OOD from 2013 to 2015. Alban started their career in 2005 at The Home Depot, where they worked in Customer Operations for a year.

Alban O. attended Illinois State University from 2006 to 2010, where they studied Educational/Instructional Technology. From 2013 to 2015, they pursued Management Information Systems at Governors State University.
