Jose Enrique Barrera Jr. has extensive experience in the renewable energy and commercial fishing industries. Currently serving as Lead Wind Turbine Specialist at Run Energy since February 2020, Jose conducts safety analyses, troubleshoots, and performs maintenance on wind turbine generators. Previously, Jose worked as a Wind Turbine Technician III at Nordex Group, where similar safety and maintenance responsibilities were handled. Additionally, Jose has a long-standing role as a Commercial Fisherman - First Mate at JB’s Commercial Fishing since May 2000, focusing on aquatic harvesting. Other experience includes positions as I&E Field Specialist at RigManager and Pason, along with roles at Uranium Resources plc and Petron Industries Inc. Education includes attendance at Texas A&M University-Kingsville and Kaufer High.
