Neta Tzur has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. In 2013, they were the Strategic Partnerships Team Lead and Partnership Manager at WebPick Internet Holdings Ltd. In 2015, they were the Head of Customer Relationship Management at NUVIAD, where they established the customer partnership managers team and developed new, long-term business relationships with B2B strategic customers. In 2018, they began their own Professional Coaching Practice. In 2020, they were the Head of CS and Operations at Colu, where they worked to empower local communities using a unique city currency. Currently, they are the Customer Success Manager at Run:ai and the CS Operations Manager at Rapyd.

Neta Tzur received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering and Management from Shenkar - Engineering. Design. Art. in 2013. In 2019, they began taking courses at Jolt.io. Additionally, they completed a Certified Coach Training Program at Adler Institute.
