Tom Stolz is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the outdoor and footwear industries. Currently serving as the Global Director of Sales at Rumpl since March 2024, Stolz previously held multiple senior roles at Merrell from 2012 to December 2023, including Sr. Director of Sales and various directorial positions overseeing key account management and specialty retail operations. Stolz successfully directed teams of varying sizes, implemented innovative sales strategies, and consistently exceeded revenue and profit targets. Prior experience includes a tenure as Sr. Director of Sales and National Sales Manager at Chaco, where Stolz led wholesale operations and cultivated relationships that drove brand success.
