Rumie provides career and life skills education to help young individuals face their daily challenges with confidence. Each Rumie Byte takes less than 10 minutes to go through and is designed to be as easy to use as social media. Rumie is a charity that offers our library at no cost.

The content reaches communities that use Rumie’s free learning technology today, which spans 176 countries. The structure of Bytes coupled with their end-to-end digital delivery model enables Rumie to connect volunteers to those who most need upskilling today, as well as capture data at every point that further enhances the personalized learning experience.

The Learning Design Team at Rumie is responsible for creating and curating engaging educational content, known as Bytes, that provide career and life skills education in under 10 minutes. This includes designing effective learning experiences, authoring and editing content, and leveraging feedback and data to continuously enhance the personalized learning experience for users across 176 countries. The team collaborates closely with volunteers to ensure the content is impactful and accessible to communities needing upskilling.
