Lance Ventling has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Lance started their career as a Computer Support Specialist at Alpern Rosenthal in 2004 and worked there until 2007. From 2008 to 2012, they served as a Systems Administrator at Precision Therapeutics. Lance then joined AEC Group in 2013 as a Support Specialist and held the role until 2017. Following that, they joined Bay Computing Group as a Level 2 support technician from 2017 to 2018. Lance's next position was with MobiTV, where they worked as a NOC Administrator from 2018 to 2021. In 2021, they became a Help Desk Administrator III at Cerus until 2022. Lance then worked as a Support Specialist at AEC Group, LLC from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Lance holds the position of Infrastructure Operations Engineer at Rumble, starting in April 2023.

Lance Ventling attended Pittsburgh Technical College from 2001 to 2004, where they earned an Associates degree in Computer Networks.
