Tracy Hands is an experienced professional in client services and recruitment, currently serving as Client Services Director at Rullion since May 2019, and previously held the position of Client Services Manager on site with United Utilities. Prior to Rullion, Tracy was with Pontoon Solutions as Recruitment Programme Manager and with Randstad Sourceright, advancing from Senior Resourcing/Recruitment Manager to Recruitment Business Partner, all while onsite at Capgemini. Tracy's career began at Alexander Mann Solutions, where roles included Recruitment Manager and Principal Resource Specialist. The journey in recruitment began at Rullion Computer Personnel, where Tracy served as Senior Account Manager. Tracy Hands is an alumnus of The Manchester Metropolitan University.
