J. Ryan Dill is currently serving as an Operational Excellence Manager at Ruiz Foods with prior experience in similar roles at Tyson Foods and TAMKO. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, J. Ryan has a strong background in Continuous Improvement and project management. In addition to their corporate roles, J. Ryan has experience in employee benefits management and mortgage banking. Prior to their corporate career, J. Ryan served as a Security Forces Officer in the United States Air Force, reaching the rank of Captain. J.
