Rob Werkmeister has a strong background in marketing and leadership roles. Rob started their career as an Account Executive at Wolf Group - Buffalo in 1998. Later, Werkmeister worked as a Marketing Communications Coordinator at Xerox from 1999 to 2001. From 2001 to 2017, they served as the President at Symbolic, Inc., where they led corporate direction, strategic growth initiatives, and managed a client roster. In 2013, Werkmeister joined Ruger Firearms as the Director of Marketing, overseeing brand development, product launches, advertising, and trade shows. Rob was later promoted to the position of Vice President of Marketing, a role they currently hold.
Rob Werkmeister received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from the University at Buffalo in 1996. Rob then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing and Consumer Behavior from the same institution, completing it in 1998.
