Ben Parker has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Ben started as an Engineering Intern at Hitchiner Manufacturing in 2008 and then worked as an Engineering Intern at Ruger Firearms in 2009. Ben then joined Electric Boat as an Engineer I in 2010 before returning to Ruger Firearms in 2012 as a Product Design Engineer. From 2012 to 2015, Ben worked as a Product Design Engineer and later as a Manufacturing Engineer, managing various manufacturing processes for rifles. In 2015, they also briefly worked as a Manufacturing Process Engineer at Omni Components Corp. Since 2015, Ben has been primarily associated with Ruger Firearms, where they have held roles such as Manufacturing Engineer, American Rifle Group Leader - Operations Management, and Product Design Engineer. Notably, Ben served as the Principal Design Engineer and Lead Design Engineer for the Ruger Small-Frame Autoloading Rifle (SFAR) and the Ruger Precision Rimfire Rifle.
