Tom Ilube CBE is a prominent entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Chair for The Prince's Trust and England Rugby since August 2024 and August 2021 respectively, Tom also holds the position of CEO/Founder at Crossword Cybersecurity, a research-driven company in collaboration with leading European universities. Additional roles include Non Executive Director at WPP since October 2020, Honorary Fellow at Jesus College Oxford since April 2020, and Chairman of the African Gifted Foundation since January 2010. Previous engagements include Advisory Fellow at St Anne's College, University of Oxford, and Non Executive Director at the BBC.
