Hao-Wei Cheng has extensive experience in the technology industry, holding various technical and management positions in companies such as Ruckus Networks, HTC, and InfoPower Corporation. At Ruckus Networks, Hao-Wei served as a Principal Engineer and Staff Engineer, leading the development of the ICX management product. Prior to that, at HTC, Hao-Wei worked as an Assistant Technical Manager and Principal Engineer, overseeing the Quality Design Dept. and leading a team of four members. Additionally, at InfoPower Corporation, Hao-Wei held the position of Manager, Assistant Manager, and Software Engineer in the Consulting Service Dept., managing teams in Taipei and Tainan.
