Dr. Mitali Roy is an experienced Learning and Development Consultant currently with Ruby General Hospital since March 2018. Over the years, Dr. Roy has led training initiatives at Frankfinn Aviation Services Pvt. Limited, where responsibilities included mentoring over 100 professionals in grooming, communication, and behavioral psychology.
