Fabiano Botelho is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Rubrik Fellow and VP of Engineering at Rubrik, Inc. since April 2014, Botelho is also recognized as a founding engineer of the company. Prior experience includes the role of Technical Director at Data Domain/EMC in 2014, as well as various engineering positions at EMC Corporation and Data Domain from 2009 to 2014, where responsibilities included Consultant Software Engineer and Principal Software Engineer. Botelho's academic background includes a PhD from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (2003-2008) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Viçosa (1999-2002).
