Doug Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales enablement and transformation across various organizations. Currently serving in a Global Sales Transformation role at Rubrik since April 2024, Doug previously held the position of VP, Global Sales Readiness at Starburst from February 2023 to April 2024. Prior to that, Doug was the SVP, Global Field Readiness at Heap and served as Director of Sales Enablement at MongoDB. Doug's career also includes significant roles at Dell, Quest Software, BMC Software, and Platinum Technology, encompassing various positions in sales, marketing, and product management. Doug holds a Doctor of Education degree from the University of Arkansas, a Master of Arts from DePaul University, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
