Amy Gannaway is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience in compensation, benefits, HR technology, and organizational insights. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Rubrik, Inc., Gannaway leads teams focused on Compensation, Benefits, and Recognition, making significant contributions to the Compensation Committee and Total Rewards finance strategy. Prior to this role, Gannaway was Vice President at VMware, where responsibilities included overseeing a global organization that provided support for over 32,000 employees across 60 countries, and previously held senior roles at Borland Software, Business Objects, Affymetrix, Kana Software, and Adaptec. Gannaway holds a B.S. in Business - Operations and Management Information Systems and an M.S. in Information Systems from Santa Clara University.
