Isabel Bernhard is currently a VC Intern at Rubio Impact Ventures, a position held since 2024. Prior to this role, Isabel gained experience at D-matcha in Farming and Business Development and at The China Signal as a Political Risk Analyst in 2023-2024. Isabel previously worked at the Atlantic Council from 2021 to 2023, where responsibilities included serving as Assistant Director and Program Assistant for the Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center. Isabel holds a Master of Science in Latin American Studies from the University of Oxford and has also studied as a Visiting Master's Student in Political Science at National Taiwan University. The academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies from Harvard University, completed in 2020.
