Jim Darcy, CPA, currently serves as a Tax Manager at RubinBrown LLP, a position held since August 2023, specializing in tax planning, compliance, and business advisory services for closely held businesses and their owners, with expertise in pass-through entity taxation. Prior to that, Jim held similar roles at MarksNelson from November 2018 to August 2023, and at Hancock Askew & Co LLP from September 2012 to September 2018, where responsibilities included managing a diverse client base and providing comprehensive tax, financial, and consulting services. Jim's earlier experience as a Manager at Michael Bush & Company included delivering accounting and advisory services for both business and individual clients. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a minor in Finance from Clemson University, earned in December 2001.
