Fred Hannon has extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, including technology, marketing, and public relations. Currently serving as Vice President of SmartCity Customer Success at Rubicon since January 2020, Hannon focuses on implementing SaaS solutions for city governments. Previously, Hannon worked as Account Manager at PayLock IPT, facilitating modernization of parking enforcement, and in supply chain management at Synovos, ensuring inventory accuracy for a pharmaceutical client. Additional roles include Vice President at RecycleBank, Founder of GreatScapes Design, and held senior positions at LendingTree, Bank of America, and U.S. News & World Report. Hannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/Public Relations from Howard University and is pursuing a Data Analytics Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton Online. Additionally, Hannon earned a Landscape Design Certificate from Central Piedmont Community College.
