Mohamed Taleb currently serves as the Policy, Advocacy and Community Outreach Coordinator at Rubicon Programs, starting in November 2023, where responsibilities include developing advocacy activities, monitoring legislative developments, and coordinating voter guide processes. In addition, Mohamed holds the position of Deputy Director at the American Association of Yemeni Students and Professionals since September 2023, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring program compliance with grant deliverables. Previous experience includes working as a Community Advocate for Asian Americans Advancing Justice - Asian Law Caucus and co-managing Jalisco Market, along with serving as an Oakland Youth Representative for The California Endowment. Mohamed holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley and is pursuing further studies at Brunel University London and the University of Sussex.
