Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products. Mariana has served as Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management at Barbería El Galgo Negro (2017-2019), practicing as a nutritionist at a private consulting office (2016-2019), and teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and history of food at a vocational training school (2016-2017).
