Maria Denta Putri is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management, recruitment, and employee training. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation at Ruangguru since August 2021, Maria excels in payroll processing, compensation analysis for employee movements, and educating staff on benefit matters. Prior to this role, Maria worked as a Human Resources Officer at PT Finusolprima Farma International, managing end-to-end recruitment and performance management.
