Joshua Kennedy-Smith is an experienced professional with a strong background in chemistry and investments. Currently serving as a Partner and Managing Director at RTW Investments, LP since February 2016, Joshua has also held the role of Research Analyst at the same firm. Prior to this, Joshua worked at Schrödinger as a Senior Principal Scientist from February 2013 to December 2015, and at Hoffmann-La Roche in various capacities including Senior Scientist, Global Assignee, and Research Scientist from November 2005 to January 2013. Joshua holds a Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
