Daniela Ortega is an experienced research professional currently serving as a Research Specialist at RTW Investments, LP since October 2022. Previously, Daniela held the position of Senior Associate at Magnolia Innovation from March 2021 to October 2022 and worked as an Insights, Healthcare Associate at Guidepoint from January 2020 to March 2021. Early career roles include serving as a Research Project Coordinator and a Research Study Assistant at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center between May 2016 and December 2019, along with an internship in the Google Community Leaders Program in 2016. Daniela’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Health, Policy and Economics from Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Rutgers University. Additional experiences encompass peer education, research, and leadership roles in various academic settings, including participation in AmeriCorps and at the University of Reading.
