Kelly Gustafson has over a decade of experience in various roles within the RTS - Regional Transit Service, progressing from Administrative Assistant/Dispatcher to Operations Team Coordinator, and ultimately serving as Recruitment Manager. With a tenure starting in 2009, Kelly has focused on recruitment and operational coordination since 2011. Prior to joining RTS, Kelly spent eight years at UPS as a Package Dispatch Supervisor. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Keuka College.
