Nathan Shurte started their career in 2012 as a Technician at Charlotte Street Computers. In 2013, they joined Buildfax as a Data Processing Engineer, where they focused on ETL support engineering and processing public records documents into CSV for conversion to databases. In 2014, they joined Royall & Company as a Data Developer and worked there until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, Nathan worked at Bon Secours Health System as a Senior Information Systems Security Engineer. Most recently, they joined RTS Labs in 2018 as a Software Developer.

Nathan Shurte completed their education by earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from William & Mary between the years 2000 and 2004. Nathan then pursued a Master of Arts degree from Wake Forest University, which they obtained between 2009 and 2012. The field of study for both degrees is not provided.
