Pauline is an analyst in RTP Global’s European investment team. She is particularly focused on developing investments in France, and she is a driving force behind our firm’s data-driven investment theses. Pauline is interested in both B2B and B2C startups and is looking for companies that use technology to ‘change people’s lives – not just side features.’
She joined RTP Global in 2022, having previously worked as an analyst in French VC firm, Aster Capital, and as a project manager at Back Market, the French unicorn of refurbished devices.
Passionate about sport, Pauline is a keen tennis player and cyclist.
