Yannick Platel is an experienced HSE Manager with a strong background in offshore and onshore projects. Currently leading HSE initiatives for Réseau de Transport d'Électricité since July 2018, Yannick oversees the safe transportation and maintenance of electricity at high voltages in France. Previously, Yannick worked at Saipem from November 2007 to July 2018, managing HSE operations for FPSOs in Brazil and Angola, as well as various offshore projects for major clients such as Shell and Total in Nigeria and Angola. Prior to that, Yannick held a regional safety prevention role at CERIB from November 1999 to August 2007. Yannick holds a Master of Engineering degree in Industrial Hazards, Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment from Polytech Grenoble.
