Richard Lagartinho has extensive experience in the electrical transmission sector, currently serving as a Chargé d’études at RTE Réseau de Transport d'Electricité since May 2017, with a focus on SPOCC. Additionally, Richard manages a team specializing in maintenance of substations. Prior to this, Richard worked at EDF from July 2012 to April 2017 as an Ingénieur matériel haute tension with a specialization in Poste SEM (GIS), acting as a technical reference for PSEM equipment. Richard's career at RTE began in August 1992, where the role of Expert PSEM was held until June 2012.
