Benoît Puluhen has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Chargé d'insertion at RTE Réseau de Transport d'Electricité since January 2017. In this role, Benoît Puluhen is responsible for the integration of the Celtic Interconnector, the first electricity interconnection between France and Ireland, and oversees the national working group for the operational integration of France's initial offshore wind farms. Previously, Benoît Puluhen contributed to EDF as a project manager, where achievements included the development of Concept Grid, Europe’s first dedicated smart grid laboratory. Benoît Puluhen also worked as a research engineer focusing on underground network diagnostics and held a teaching position at WEAMEC, highlighting a strong commitment to both practical application and education in electrical engineering, supported by a Master of Science degree from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Electricité et de Mécanique.
