Michaela Jones is an experienced Account Manager and Planogram Manager at RTC, where responsibilities include leading planogram initiatives for major cosmetic programs and overseeing a team of Planogram Analysts. Michaela has also served as a Freelance Retail Consultant and held various roles at GAVIN Evanston, including Operations Manager and Lead Buyer, where skills in operational efficiency, employee training, and inventory control were developed.
