Doug Dillingham is an experienced operations and project manager with nearly two decades in program management for global retail fixture initiatives. Currently serving as an Operations Manager and Senior Project Manager at RTC since July 2004, Doug oversees multi-million dollar programs for international clients, managing all aspects from design to distribution while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Extensive travel to Asia, Central America, and Western Europe facilitates direct engagement in program development and quality assurance. Previous roles at RTC include Project Manager and Associate Project Manager, focusing on collaboration with internal resources and manufacturing partners. Prior to RTC, Doug was involved in various roles at Circuit City Stores, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed sales management and inventory control. Doug holds a BA in International Studies with a focus on Mandarin Chinese from Kenyon College, complemented by studies at Nanjing University and the Shanghai American School.
