Katarzyna Lipińska-Wilamowska has a strong background in legal affairs, having worked in various roles throughout their career. Katarzyna began their career at Pioneer Pekao Investments as a Senior In-house Lawyer from July 2001 to September 2007. Katarzyna then joined Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. as a Team Manager in the Legal Department from September 2007 to February 2014. After that, they worked at Bank Pekao S.A. as the Director of Corporate Affairs Office in the Legal Department from March 2014 to September 2017. Currently, Lipińska-Wilamowska is with RTB House where they serve as the Head of Inventory Partnerships Legal Team, Attorney-at-law starting from October 2017.

Katarzyna Lipińska-Wilamowska has a degree in Law from the University of Gdansk. Katarzyna also attended the Center for American Law Studies program at Emory University School of Law, Georgia State University College of Law, and the University of Warsaw. Additionally, they are an attorney-at-law and a member of the Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych w Warszawie (District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw).
