Melissa Aguinaldo, MS, currently serves as Program Analytics Coordinator at the Regional Transportation Authority of Northeastern Illinois, starting in February 2024. Previously, Melissa held the position of Talent Assessment and Analytics Intern at the Chicago Transit Authority from November 2022 to December 2023 and worked as Service Learning Coordinator at DePaul University from December 2019 to May 2023. Additional experience includes a Human Resources Internship at Dom's Kitchen & Market and serving as an Inclusion Aide at Northwest Special Recreation Association. Melissa holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from DePaul University, completed in June 2023, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution, earned in June 2022.
