Tom Pretty is a Senior UX Designer at RSPB since October 2021, bringing extensive experience in user experience design. Previously, Tom served as Head of User Experience at Coast Digital from August 2010 to October 2021, where responsibilities included leading the UX team, planning research strategies, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Tom also contributed as a Digital Consultant and Content Specialist during tenure at Coast Digital, focusing on user experience projects and content creation. Earlier, Tom worked as an SEO Copywriter and Account Manager at High Position Ltd from November 2007 to July 2010. Tom holds a 2:1 BA in History and International Development from the University of Chester (2002-2005) and completed education at St Mary's Bishops Stortford (1995-2002).
