Malte Thorsfelt Hammershøj has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Malte started their career as a waiter and cook at Canteen in 2014, gaining skills in both front-of-house and kitchen operations. In 2016, they worked as a marketing intern at LêLê restaurant before transitioning to a waiter role at the same establishment.

In 2017, Malte had the opportunity to work as an F&B intern at Scandic Hotels, where they further developed their knowledge of food and beverage operations. Malte then took on the role of manager at Restaurant Basso København in 2018, demonstrating their leadership abilities.

Continuing their career progression, Malte joined Arp-Hansen Hotel Group in 2019 as a Duty Manager. This role allowed him to oversee daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
