Javier Solares Reyes is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as the Manager of the Legal Department at RSM México since February 2024, Javier has previously held significant positions, including Head of Legal at Ragasa from October 2019 to December 2023, and Legal Manager at Doo Woo Legal, where responsibilities included managing contracts and labor relations. With a foundational role as a co-founder at LMJ Soluciones Legales, Javier has also contributed to corporate law and labor law practices.
