Seun Olatoye-Ojo, MAI, is a seasoned professional in financial consulting and real estate valuation, currently serving as a Director at RSM US LLP since November 2016, previously holding the position of Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Analyst and Valuation & Development Analyst at Applied Real Estate Analysis (AREA), Inc., where expertise in commercial property valuation and redevelopment viability analysis was developed. Olatoye-Ojo also contributed as a Real Estate/Corporate Relocation Analyst at Baird & Warner, enhancing software transition efficiency, and as a Real Estate Development Intern at Globaf Development Solutions, LLC, focusing on mixed-use projects.
